Stephen Devaney is a retired 30-year Quantitative Analyst from the Financial Services industry. In his twenties, he was a Special Needs educator and founded the first Special Education chapter of the Vocational-Industrial Clubs of America organization (VICA) in Boston. He has had a long-term interest in creative non-fiction writing. Stephen is involved in several outlets ENCORE, Intergenerational Activities, Financial Literacy, Osher Lifelong Learning, and others.
