The best would be that each partner having power in this field plays impeccably its role, so as to give the best of itself for a better tomorrow; knowing that any development whatsoever, passes by the Health of the population which it is necessary to hold in point. The failure in this sector is much more pronounced on the angle of the infrastructures inadequate to the demographic growth, because of the meager budgets allocated to the services of Health which, consequently, denotes an unremitting imbalance, being at the origin of several evils relating to the public well-being. It is crucial to see the budgetary envelope differently for a dynamic health economy.
