Why journal? There's something about writing - something about jotting down how we've felt and what we've learned in a fleeting moment on a day that may have seemed otherwise unremarkable. When life moves fast, smaller moments move faster, and even the most joyful ones dissapate to join those now forgotten. Jouraling can capture and preserve the tireless work of God in our everyday lives so that we may reflect, grow and sometimes just find peace in knowing that He's there. Bonnie guides you through how to start journaling and offers tips to help you get started. She begins each section with scripture and provides a space for you to write your own response and reflection with additional pages for notes.
