Dr. Mary Welsh took the tragic loss of her daughter Susie McBride-Welsh, her passion and purpose and created a stage for positive interactions with children, young adults, family, friends, and those grieving the loss of a loved one or facing adverse situations through her positive perspective, purpose, teachings, and interactions. Her hope is they find peace and purpose on their grief journey living their "new normal". She is an author, speaker, university professor, business consultant, grief session facilitator, and non-profit founder of Susie Q's Kids who uses her experiences to help people who are grieving or those supporting those that are experiencing such a loss adapt to their "new normal". She understands children grieve and they need an avenue to feel their emotions are normal and their loved ones will always be a part of their lives.
