By being an educational leader, I got a chance to visit different schools where I met teachers and leaders. I also got an opportunity to observe the scenario of school development. I found teachers in search of a way to develop themselves, whereas school founders want to develop their schools differently but having fewer ideas. Having observed this situation, I remembered my past and reflected my journey unfolding my lived experiences to know and uplift my present selves. For this, I used multi-paradigmatic research design that unfolded my lived experiences. Under multi paradigmatic research design, I presented employed Interpretivism to find out the gap between my understanding and practice, criticlism to challenge my understandings, postmodernism to explain the situational relationship from multiple perspectives and integralism to see things as a whole. I linked these four paradigms through unfolding my agenda using autoethnography as a research method. I presented my sequence of events and discussed them to highlight the shifts I have made because of belief and its consequence along my research journey.
