Rose Colon serves on the Board of Directors of the Lighthouse Biblical Counseling Center (LBCC) that she cofounded with her husband, Jeff Colon in October 2015. She is the Director of Women's Counseling and Administrative Assistant to the President of LBCC (lighthousebcc.org). Lighthouse Biblical Counseling Center (LBCC) exists to teach and train principles from the Holy Scriptures which will allow individuals to live a victorious Christian life, free from the bondage of sin and its consequences. LBCC is also a Training Center for the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC.net). Rose is also a Training Center Director for the International Association of Biblical Counselors in the tri-state area for women who are interested in certification. Rose earned a Master of Ministry in Biblical Counseling from the Master's International School of Divinity and is certified with the IABC as a biblical counselor. Prior to the formation of LBCC, Rose was employed at Pure Life Ministries (PLM) for 22 years, where she held the position of Director of Women's Counseling for PLM and was a keynote speaker for numerous national and international conferences along with her husband, Jeff.
