A recently retired CEO with more than thirty years of business experience, Nico is helping others cultivate joy in their lives, through his passion career as an inspirational coach and now author. He is a Certified Co-Active Coach and a Certified MacKay CEO Forums Chair, leading five forums, each with approximately fourteen CEO or Senior Executive members. He is a devoted husband, father to two, father-in-law to another two, and proud grandfather to two obviously gifted grandkids.
