Sheldon L'henaff was born and spent the majority of his Christmases in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Between 1995 and 2000 he was an Arts & Entertainment writer for campus newspaper The Sheaf, where he also attended university and discovered his enduring passion for electronic music. In 2009 he released his debut novel Drowned World, a reflection on queer love in the age of sex, drugs, and techno. In 2011 he released The Heart's Filthy Lesson. Sheldon currently resides in Edmonton, Alberta where he can be found at his neighborhood Starbucks, currently working on the soon to be released follow up to Drowned World titled Becoming Remixed.
