Sebastian D.G.Knowles is professor of English at Ohio State University and author of The Dublin Helix: The Life of Language in Joyce's Ulysses (UPF). Geert Lernout is director of the James Joyce Centre in Antwerp, author of The French Joyce, and coeditor of The Finnegans Wake Notebooks at Buffalo. John McCourt is co-director of the Trieste Joyce Summer School and author of The Years of Bloom: James Joyce in Trieste 1904-1920.
