Set in a future dystopian society, a veteran policeman and a rookie under his assessment respond to a radio call from dispatch about what seems like a normal case of multiple homicide in the lobby of a skyscraper. However, when a drug lord responsible for a lot of killings and drug related deaths tries to kill them for some reason, these two police personnel have to wage war against hundreds of heavily armed and highly trained gunmen in order to end this narcotic mayhem once and for all.
