Mr. Jean Damascene Ndabirora Kalinda is a Rwandan academic specialising in International Criminal Justice and Human Rights. Kalinda is currently a lecturer of Law at different Universities in Kigali focusing on International Law courses. He is also a commissioner in charge of Justice at an umbrella organisation of genocide survivors¿s associations.
