The inspiration for the Juice Your Way Back books and rejuvenation juice blends came from the founder, 51-year-old James Uberti, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, triathlete, entrepreneur, trainer, motivational speaker, and fitness enthusiast for over 30 years. He has observed many individuals struggling to lose weight and get in shape. If they were successful at achieving their weight loss goal, they would often gain it back, look sick, tired and appear older than their actual age. That's when it hit him. "There's got to be a better way to lose weight, get in shape, keep it off and reverse the signs of aging all at the same time." Fast-forward several years. After extensive research on what makes us fat, sick, and appear older than we are and after personally experimenting with several types of super foods, herbal blends, and juice recipes, Juice Your Way Back books and blends were born. "In my late teens, I became involved in bodybuilding competitions. After my third competition I decided that competitive bodybuilding was not the career path for me, although health and fitness have continued to be my passion. My belief-now that I recently turned 50-is that if you invest in your health, the second half of your life can be the very best. That being said, throughout my life I have believed and lived the healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising. Over a decade ago, while training for my first triathlon, I began experiencing heart palpitations, dizziness and nausea.
