C'Anna Bergman-Hill is a native Californian with roots in the San Joaquin Valley and now lives in the Bay Area with her husband David. She is the mother of two adult sons and step-mother of two. C'Anna documented her career as a teacher in her memoir, Dear Mrs. B, the Unplanned Lessons of a Special Education Teacher (2015).
