Autorenporträt
Jon Boilard was born and raised in small towns in Western Massachusetts and has lived in Northern California since 1986. Junior is his fifth book of fiction. Jon is also the author of Junk City, Settright Road, The Castaway Lounge and A River Closely Watched, which was a finalist for the Northern California Book Award in 2013. In addition, his award-winning short stories have appeared in some of the finest literary journals in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Over the past three decades Jon has been invited to read his work at the Cork International Short Story Festival in Cork, Ireland, the Wroclaw Short Story Festival in Wroclaw, Poland, and LitQuake in San Francisco, California.
