Most of us wake up every day with some anticipation of what that day will bring. For some, those thoughts are of dread, drudgery, and defeat. But what if we awoke to a reflection that left us feeling hopeful for the day? In this second edition of Just a Moment! Daily Reflections for Thinkers, author Ann Zwemer provides us with reflections that offer the perfect start to each day. Each reflection is one short sentence, easily read in a moment, yet thought-provoking and meaningful. These reflections include thoughts about such subjects as age, anger, contentment, failure, God, happiness, justice, loss, love, peace, self-esteem, and time. These daily reflections are not marked by a specific year, so the collection can be used as a perpetual calendar. Each reflection has been written with great care to express what she believes is most important in life. She invites everyone to take just a moment to reflect on something good and meaningful each day. It can make a difference to you and those around you.
