The contents of this book has been compiled based on my personal experiences throughout my personal and work life. All the studies, training, workshops, career and personal challenges I personally experienced. I have taken all that has strongly resonated with me, what has contributed to my successes and I have compiled a practical guide to help others, easily shift positively in their personal growth experiences in their life.
