Francis Marrero de González, desenvolveu a sua carreira profissional na Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador Pedagógico de Caracas: Professora de Geografia e História, Magister Scientiarum em Ensino de Geografia e Doutora em Educação. Assistente de ensino na UPEL- IUJMSM. Fundador da Cátedra La Ruralidad na UPEL.
