A compilation of family Salsa recipes. I served these salsas at a restaurant I owned in Colorado Springs. I published this cookbook while my restaurant was open and it was a great success. I am happy to use another venue to allow people to have this wonderful recipe book. My kids are such a big inspiration to me and I want to leave a legacy for them to remember me by. Cooking and good food brings so many families together. Cooking has been my passion forever. I am currently working on another book of Soups. Please look for it soon!
