Elisabeth Levy was born in Switzerland in 1927, earned her R.N. and immigrated to the USA in 1958. After touring the country working in different hospitals, she ended up in San Francisco at the dermatology office of Dr. S. William Levy and subsequently married her beloved Dr. Bill.
