This academic work goes into the role and impact of the two main conflict-resolving attempts for the Kashmir conflict and the broader Indo-Pakistani dispute in general. These two attempts are respectively earlier United Nations involvement which has ceased its active agenda and Indo-Pakistani bilateral interactions which eventually led to today's Composite Dialogue Process. After having read this book, the reader should have been granted a better insight of the significance of the two aforementioned attempts, if the conflict is actually ready to be resolved and how one should approach it. As such, it can be considered as a road map or blueprint for solving today's most dangerous nuclear-armed conflict.
