The author is working as teacher in School Education Department of Kashmir and is pursuing Ph.D programme on Part-time basis in the Department of Management studies,University of Kashmir.Besides that the author has also done M.Phil in management studies and has qualified National Eligibility Test(NET) in Tourism Administration and Management.
