Adfer Shah (Dr Adfer Rashid Shah) is a New Delhi based Sociologist and senior researcher at Indiäs prestigious Central University Jamia Millia Islamia in New Delhi. He keeps on shuttling between Delhi and Kashmir writing on south Asia particularly Kashmir conflict. Dr Shah is also an associate editor at US based Eurasia Review.
