This book is an expanded color version of the book "Kasimovskaya provintsiya Kosmosa". It describes Earth's history and development of human civilization as seen from the region of Central Russia where the author lived during his childhood and where he started to study natural history and botany. In the second part of the book ("Detstvo na Oke") the author writes about the time of his childhood, publishes two botanical papers prepared when he was 13-14 years old, presents the images of Oka river and the photos from his personal archive.
