The author of the coffee table collectible The Hell's Angels Letters (Norfolk Press) in collaboration with Ron Whitehead, as well as the Keep This Quiet! I-IV memoir series, Particle Pinata Poems, the artbook Cloud Conversations, and a host of others, Harrell, a three-time MacDowell Colony fellow, copy-edited Hunter S. Thompson's first book, Hell's Angels. She is also an editor, a cloud photographer, and an advanced meditation teacher in the LuminEssence light body school, mentor to those wanting to maximize their potential.
