Joey Walker is a storyteller and author. When neither writing nor reading, Joey finds inspiration in sea waves bubbling onto his feet and trade winds gently blowing into his face while walking along a white, sandy beach. He enjoys hiking, surfing, San Diego Padres, and eating Mexican and Thai food.He has a background in Liberal Arts, graduated from Lee University, and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is proud to have served his country as a U.S. Navy Seabee. Born and raised in Oklahoma, he lives in San Diego, but still calls Hawai`i home.
