Born in Singapore to British expat parents, Phil's family led a nomadic existence in his early years. After Singapore, Phil lived in Malaysian Borneo, England, and then Ontario, Saskatchewan, and finally, in and around Victoria on beautiful Vancouver Island in British Columbia.Phil is married to his high school sweetheart, Cora.
