Dover Area School District case as well as its implications in science across America. Miller graduated from Rahway High School in Rahway, New Jersey before attending Brown University. At Brown, he received his Sc.B. in biology in 1970. He earned his Ph.D. in biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1974.
