The project was composed of four outputs: 1.Development of a toolbox for operationalizing Green Economy transition. 2.Capacity Development at regional and national level. 3.Capacity Development at local level and pilot applications of the toolbox. 4.Knowledge Management. Designing of a knowledge management platform to facilitate dissemination and replication of the lessons and best practices of the project.
