The Birth of a Children's Book.Earlier this year, it seems that I dreamt about writing a children's book. The concept was simple yet enchanting: a kangaroo hopping to London. This idea was inspired by the thought of blending the exotic charm of a kangaroo with the iconic landmarks and vibrant culture of London.The story would follow the adventures of this curious kangaroo as it explores the bustling streets, historic sites, and perhaps even makes a few unexpected friends along the way. From hopping past Big Ben to exploring the Tower of London, the kangaroo's journey would be filled with wonder and excitement, capturing the imaginations of young readers.This idea has since grown into a passion project, with each day bringing new inspirations and possibilities for the story. I am excited to see where this journey takes me and how this kangaroo's adventure will unfold on the pages of my first children's book. Months later, the book has been published, inviting children and parents to join Kevin on his adventures from the sunburnt countryside of New South Wales to the bustling streets of London!
