Keys to sustainable low-cost housing development in the 21st century is an attempt to contribute to the many problems confronting low-income earners in the areas of sustainable housing needs especially those living in the Federal Capital Cities. It has been established that the governments of several third world countries have been paying lip service to meet the housing needs of low-income earners. This has made lives very miserable to this group of people in society because of the absence of equity in the distribution. Most houses built by the government for the less privileged populace have been hijacked by the wealthy few to the detriment of the less privileged indicating poor policy direction by the government. The book therefore, is aimed at bridging the housing gaps between the high-income earners and the low-income earners in society.
