Autorenporträt
Allan G. Hedberg is a clinical psychologist in Fresno, California and has served as a psychologist in a variety of capacities over 50 years. Besides serving as the treating psychologist for over 1000 patients, he has taught psychology students in six universities in the United States and Canada, has lectured on psychological topics in four different countries, has authored over 150 articles and 14 books, hosted radio and television programs and now hosts a popular pod cast, Psychology For Today, and is frequently consulted on legal issues and cases by attorneys and the Courts. After 50 years of professional practice, he now bids adieu to an active practice, but remains active in writing, consulting, and lecturing. Psychology has been his love and passion as a profession and way of life. His life theme has always been, "to give psychology away." He derived great joy in knowing others benefitted from his input and experience.Finally, Dr. Hedberg is overjoyed to know that many of his graduate students over the years have done well and have also been effective contributors to the quality of life of their patients, their respective communities, and to those in their spheres of influence.
