Radhamohan (Jan 30, 1943 - June 11, 2021) was an eminent academic, teacher, economist and environmentalist. Born in the village Rangani Patna of Nayagarh District (now), Orissa, he did Master degree in Applied Economics from Utkal University in 1965. He taught Economics in various Government colleges of Odisha and served in various departments in the State and Central Government before retiring as Principal of SCS College, Puri in 2001. He was the first State Information Commissioner of Odisha. In 1989, UNEP conferred him with 'The Global Roll of Honour' for his distinguished work on environment. In 1995, Government of Odisha conferred the highest civilian award of Utkal Seva Samman for his dedicated public service. In 2020, he received Padma Shri, fourth highest civilian award of India.
