She can see things of the past if she touches a person, but she can't figure out why she can't perform her job. Steffan receives word that Raquel is remembering things pertaining to his species of Kindred. It's a race against time before he won't be able to fix his mistake and save her life. He doesn't want to have to force her to be turned into a were-panther nor killed. But will letting her go a second time kill him in the process?

Miranda Montrose lives with her husband, daughter and the cat, Prince Vladimir, who is aptly named, in southeastern Pennsylvania. To her, family is everything and has a goal of expressing just that very sentiment through everything she writes.
