Autorenporträt
Michael Hicks has been a teacher of the Gospel since 1997. He was steward of True Believers Bible study for twelve years and pastored the Body of Jesus Christ Community Church for six years. He studied at Rhema Bible College under Kenneth Hagin in 1996, but graduated at Victory Bible Institute in 1999 under Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon Daugherty. Michael also studied and graduated School of Christ with B. H. Clendennen. As a charter member of Genesis One, Michael wrote all the spiritual programs such as Christianity 101, Growing in the Kingdom of God, and Evidence of Salvation and taught these classes annually at Davis Correctional Facility. Today Michael ministers at Church of the Living God, Temple 290, under Pastor Alonzo Ponder. He is a volunteer for the Department of Corrections and teaches Jesus at John Lilly Correction Center in Boley Oklahoma and at Davis correctional Facility in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Michael and his wife, Sonja currently live in Oklahoma City and are the parents of two children and one grandson.
