In this novel, various social issues prevailing in the village and society are described in a beautiful way. It shows that Naveen, takes birth in a schedule caste family. While, Jitendra, who is born from the same (womb) mother under surrogacy, goes through the hardships due to the facilities and reservation of being provided in a Bhrahmin family. In the state of depression, Jitendra starts taking drugs. Later, he started many campaign and social awareness activities against drugs. In this book, caste, effects of reservation system, difficulties of old parents and grandparents and their mentality are depicted in a very poignant manner. In this novel, the situation between the village and the city is not being harmonized and the condition of old people getting neglected is depicted alive. The misconceptions related to the adverse effects of drugs and its elimination measures and suggestions are given in this book. Surrogacy is an emerging problem of today's era; its diverse aspects have been presented in a very lively manner in "Kiraye Ka Aanchal".
