The author S. Virdavinder Singh Gill (Dara) was born and brought in Moga, Punjab. After his Post Graduation, he got the opportunity to work in FCI and also practised law at the district courts, Moga. Being an insider to the issues/disputes faced by farmers across the state of Punjab, he thought it wise to come up with a lucid, illustrative book on the same in the native language. The book would address the majority of the concerns of farmers and also act as a knowledge base for professionals like lawyers, revenue officers to understand the topic.
