It provides the basis for you to live that freedom in your body as well as your mind, as an embodied reality, not just have an intellectual concept of it. Once we realise that the only sensible definition of success is what is true for ourselves, we can also see that the only requirement for total, endless success is to decline self-judgement. The only alternative, whether we're enslaving ourselves to society's definition of success, expecting ourselves to be something we're not, or seeking others' approval, is frustration of the human spirit. From this one insight we liberate the definition of success from both self-judgement and society's judgementalism and conventional thinking, which is still evolving and hasn't fully grasped the full reality for people. When we recognise the primacy of these two basic states - self-constriction and self-acceptance - then we can also correctly re-write the definitions of such things as confidence, positive thinking, choice, happiness, 'being', desire, genius and stress, which have also always been misunderstood by the conventional world, and even by the personal development movement within it. These insights also allow us to truly recognise what 'conscious' is all about, and in a practical way that we can actually make use of. Having corrected our understanding of ourselves, success and our nature, Kissing Consciousness then provides practices and question-based and awareness-based tools to invite the release of blocks and limitations in the mind and body, and develop the skills and wisdom to be able to handle any emotion or feeling. Further chapters give insights into specific areas of life, firstly your happiness and your inner world, including the reclaiming of any potential denied aspects of your character and personality, then body and health, and then relationships, all based on deeper wisdom that helps you understand yourself and every dynamic about you from your root. 'Intuitive Loving Touch' and 'The Boundaries Exercise' provide extra optional exercises which can be done in pairs or groups. Finally, it introduces two optional extras - The Kissing Consciousness Facilitator Programme; your invitation to train as a Kissing Consciousness Facilitator - plus other options to run informal, unofficial gatherings for you and your friends and other like-minded people to mutually support and exponentially 'teamwork' enhance each other's 'shifts', as the releasing of personal blocks is called, and perhaps also creating a supportive community. You and your friends may even be able to save money on life coaching and healing by facilitating each other. The applications of Kissing Consciousness are essentially limitless. Autor

James Blacker is a straightforward soul who has never forgotten the simple honesty of his childhood worldview. His life's motive has always been to rebuild the social circumstances and environment around him such that instead of destroying the physicality and liberated energy that he sensed at a very young age was his (and probably everyone's) natural state - and which was being hugely constricted by our society, that the environment could support it instead: A return to our basic wellbeing which humanity has so far lacked the wisdom to recognise and honour in the way it creates its world. James is an Integral Philosopher, meaning taking an all-inclusive approach to what's true in life, and a deeply compassionate humanitarian. These attributes have contributed an extra edge to his work as a Kissing Consciousness (True Self) Facilitator, and as the Founder of Kissing Consciousness. He's also qualified in Spiral Dynamics, a 'worldview of worldviews', which provides a rare overall view of various stages of personal and human emergence. His own success in applying the Kissing Consciousness principles is evidenced by his personal experience of reclaiming his own repressed personality and regaining a half-destroyed nervous system. James' journey from taking school exams in a room by himself because of anxiety attacks to speaking to tens of thousands of listeners in radio interviews is a classic example of what "reclaiming one's true self" is all about.
