ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Gene G. Bradbury. Gene has written many stories for children. His stories have appeared in several children's magazines including: Humpty Dumpty, Primary Treasure, Cricket, and Chickadee. His other publications include poetry chapbooks, short stories, daily reflections, and stories for middle-grade readers. He has three daughters and two grandchildren. Gene lives with his wife, Deborah, in the Pacific Northwest. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR: Jean Wyatt. Jean likes to create art that makes her smile and happy when looked at it. It is meant to be colorful, fun, whimsical, unusual, and often a little off-beat. She spends her time doing acrylic painting, colored pencil artwork, and making handmade journals. Jean lives in Sequim with her husband, Rich, and their fun and adorable cats.
