Der Augsburger Martin Kluger, Jahrgang 1957, befasst sich seit etlichen Jahren intensiv mit Städte- und Kulturtourismus. Seit dem Jahr 2003 entstanden u.a. mehrere Stadtführer (Augsburg, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Donauwörth) sowie Führer zu Reisezielen entlang der Deutschen Donau oder im bayerischen Schwaben. Mehrere Kulturreiseführer leiten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zur Geschichte der Fugger und der Mozarts. Kluger konzipierte außerdem das Fuggereimuseum (2006) und den Weltkriegsbunker in der Fuggerei (2008) in der ältesten Sozialsiedlung der Welt, er war darüber hinaus an der Planung und Gestaltung des Lechmuseums Bayern in Langweid (2008) beteiligt.
