The Garden of Eden, now referred to as the Kingdom of God here on earth, is looking less and less like a Paradise. Yet how many, whether Catholic or Protestant, are aware that the current-day warfare to destroy this Paradise has reached the height of a blazing inferno? Just as God warned Eve that she and Adam would "die the death" if they disobeyed God's command (Genesis 2:17), so too did many in the Church's hierarchy press forward in the 1960s with their modernistic program, despite the warnings of previous popes. One mother's Guardian Angel exposes this mother's life of faith and prayer for her children's souls and all souls in this time of crisis in the Church. The Church has not been as easy a target as was Eve, but after two millenia, the prior pope, Pope Benedict XVI, has expressed the reality of the inside presence of the Church's enemy. And what does the subsequent and present pope tell us by his celebration of the Protestant Reformation? Perhaps there are other mothers pining for the souls of their beloved and re-baptized children. The Church's blueprint seems to have been developing a new focus since the 1960s. To many, this change in focus is more closely following the world-view-a view that is full of less-than-angelic voices; a view that downplays evil by its constant reference to relevancy. How can a mother reach the hearts and souls of her very own flesh and blood when the evil one still "lies in closer wait"? How will a mother respond to God's answer that only comes in the form of another question? When was the last time you listened to your very own, and very devoted, Guardian Angel?
