Crutcher, Ed.D. was a teacher for elementary special education students for twenty years, a professor for teacher preparation programs in two Midwestern universities, and a major contributor to the book Special Education in Plain Language, published by the state of Wisconsin. Now retired, she lives in a small southern town.
