Overall quality of life is enhanced with replacement missing teeth that look, feel, function of chewing and occlusion like natural teeth., there is always a possibility of that permanent teeth will be lost due to diseases or accidents. Our descriptive cross sectional hospital based study showed that 62.1% of the study population were males and 37.9% are females. Almost 60% of them are at the age group of 20-39 years, Patients had a positive attitude towards replacing missing teeth, were 62.2% agreed that it was always advisable to replace it, and only 5% (20 patients) though it was not necessary. 47% of patients became familiar with dental implants from their dentists, while 17.1% and 8.2% got the information from interment and multimedia.
