This book explored the knowledge, attitude, and practice of family planning methods among women living in Dabäi settlement of Dala local government. It also reveals that there is a high level of knowledge of family planning among women in the study area, but they do not practice family planning as they tend to let fear of the side effects consume them into rejecting family planning practice. Other factors, such as religious belief or creed, also play a big part in making women in the area not accept family planning. Considering the questionnaire responses, it indicates that the majority of the respondents (93.22%) have heard of family planning, with 6.77% having never heard of it. This implies that the majority of women residing in Dabäi settlement know about family planning. As indicated by the questionnaire responses, all the methods written on the questionnaire were used in Dabäi settlement. The methods were: Withdrawal, Intrauterine device, Implant, Injectable, Condom and Oral Pills.
