Produktbeschreibung
The aim of this research was to identify the critical factors that facilitate and hinder the development of a culture geared towards innovation and knowledge management at SENAI-PE. To this end, an analysis of the problem proposed at the institution was carried out. The theoretical perspective used to substantiate the topic covered studies on knowledge management, innovation, organisational culture and organisational learning. As for the methodology, the research used quantitative and qualitative methods, through the application of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews that contributed to a more in-depth understanding of this case study. Based on the data presented, it can be concluded that organisational culture is an essential factor in the development of innovation and knowledge management and information technology, when used well, can make a favourable contribution, with managers as the main mediators in this process, to the extent that they become aware of the valueof knowledge and provide suitable learning environments for employees to learn as members of an innovative organisation in a knowledge society.
