Produktbeschreibung
Purpose of this work is to seek a structured coherent model for knowledge management implementation for small and medium-sized enterprises including an evaluation in order to highlight the relation between knowledge and competetiveness of corporations. A founded literature review is the starting basis, which is used to develop the evaluation criteria and synthesization of the reference model. Outcome of this work is a holistic model for knowledge management implementation, which progresses knowledge management and improves corporate knowledge structures and knowledge assets. This book does not consider all perspectives of knowledge management; Psychological-related effects of incentives and motivation are excluded from the scope. Furthermore the evaluation is flawed through the recognition of the evaluation criteria during the model development and the limitation to a single case study. The model provides investigation on the understanding of knowledge affairs and offers a meaningful structured coherent solution for knowledge management implementation.
