Relatively little study has been performed on knowledge transfer as a process of improving job performance or even less in developing countries, such as Vietnam. This study investigates the relationship among training, organizational culture, knowledge transfer and job performance. The findings indicate that it is necessary for organizations to consider current variables that show a relationship between the tested variables in implementing a knowledge management strategy in an organization.
