Stephen Frey has worked in high finance at JP Morgan in New York City and Winston Partners in Washington, DC, in addition to authoring twenty novels, including the financial thrillers The Takeover, The Day Trader, Silent Partner, and The Chairman, as well as the previous political/military adventures in his Red Cell series, Arctic Fire and Red Cell Seven.
