Walter B. Jung is Professor of Geography, director of the Western Pacific Institute, and editor of Western Pacific Journal at the University of Central Oklahoma. Xiao-bing Li is Assistant Professor of History and associate director of the Western Pacific Institute at the University of Central Oklahoma.
