Esmagulova Gulnazia Zhilkibayevna, Doktorin in Philosophie. Absolventin der Philosophischen Fakultät der Staatlichen Gorki Ural Universität (Russland, Jekaterinburg, 1988). Sie unterrichtet philosophische Disziplinen an der Staatlichen Universität Kokshetau, benannt nach M. Gorki (Russland, Jekaterinburg, 1988). Sh. Ualikhanov (Kasachstan, Kokshetau). Autor von etwa 50 wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen.
