Nacida en Sfax en 1995, Jarboui Nourhen, una joven emprendedora, creó su plan de negocio en 2018. Graduado en gestión informática en la Escuela Superior de Comercio de Sfax. Tras licenciarse en 2018, comenzó a estudiar el máster profesional en marketing alimentario y paralelamente a su estudio trabaja como teleoperadora.
